Hi, I am Michelle Clarke, creator of Empowerment Empires and an MBA toting energy maverick dedicated to raising the vibrations of the world.

I'm not your usual coach, yes I have all the formal qualifications (Masters in Business and Degree in Adult Education), the coaching qualifications and the 25+ years of multi 6 figure businesses around the world, but the reason I'm able to empower my clients to achieve great results is that I mesh the woo with the do.

Yes you absolutely need business systems and structure in order to grow a business and make money, but those systems have to work for you as an individual and as a soul led business owner here to make the world feel, be and do better. The standardised biz bollocks are just not a fit for us and I want to help you discover a way that works for you and provides the solid structures your business needs so you can unleash your magic and feminine flow to create a business that pays you what you are worth, gives you back your freedom, lights you up and serves the world.

The woo woo part (yes that is tongue in check) in my opinion is the most important part, and it's the part that is often missing! In my experience you can have the best systems and structures in the world but if your energy is off because your marketing messages are not a fit for you, or your mindset is set to scarcity instead of abundance, or childhood trauma about shining to brightly/standing out are present, or if you are not accessing all of your magic and operating from your zone genius, then those structures and systems just create pretty walls that make it 'look' like you are succeeding.
